Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States (this does not include: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses). Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Personalized items, preorders, or products requiring additional production time will have their estimated processing time stated on the product page. If an unexpected delay affects your order, we’ll contact you with an updated estimate and available options.
Shipping rates and delivery times
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any applicable free-shipping offer will also be reflected at checkout.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery estimates depend on your destination and selected shipping service and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Weather, holidays, and carrier disruptions may affect delivery.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives your package. If tracking hasn’t updated for 7 business days or if the package is marked delivered but cannot be found, email contact@avystudios.com as soon as possible.
Shipping address changes
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to make a correction, email contact@avystudios.com as soon as possible. Changes are only possible before fulfillment or shipment.
Delayed, missing, or damaged packages
If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@avystudios.com with your order number. For damaged items, please include photographs of the item and packaging and retain the packaging while we review the issue. We’ll help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
